The Early Signs Are Red!

The Early Signs Are Red!

Leeds were superb in the first half. They kept us in check, they kept their positioning and we looked clueless for much of the game. My heart almost sank when they scored their first, we had dropped 3 points against Brighton before the international break and it looked like we will drop points again. But, the substitutions fixed it. Calafiori’s goal wasn’t very mesmerizing but Mikel sensed a win after that goal, brought in Gyokeres, Timber and Guimaraes and it paid off. Gyokeres was much better than Havertz in pressing and creating some unrest in the Leeds half, Timber is certainly better than White and Guimaraes scored a beautiful goal to put us forward. Bukayo Saka did miss a 1v1 against the Leeds goalkeeper in the last few seconds of the game but hey, we walked out with 3 points.

In out title winning last season, there were 5 games where we finished the game with at least one point after trailing. There were 3 draws and 2 wins. This season, we have already done this twice (against Chelsea and Leeds) in 6 games and we have won both game ultimately. That’s a sign of confidence, that’s also a sign of a good bench because when you need players who can make changes, you look towards your bench and they deliver. Bruno G has been a great addition as well. This is brilliant because going down 1-0 in the 15th minute doesn’t mean the game is over for us anymore.

Coming back the progress so far, we are sitting on 2nd place with 15 points behind City. We wanted those YNWA cunts to win a game for once, and they fucked it.

We are just 6 games into the season, there’s not much to deduce from this as of now. We would need few more games to comment and go berserk.

Champions League hasn’t picked up the pace yet. We have won the only game we played so far, there’s 2 more games this month and one of them is against Bayern. It would be exciting few days. We have a 4th round Carabao Cup match against Fleetwood later in the month. There’s a long way to go before we would have the trophy in sight.

I missed talking about the 115 charges of Man City. They have been found guilty of all the charges, but I don’t think Premier League has the guts to punish them. You and I both know a 100m GBP fine will be a slap on the wrist and a transfer ban is something that they can live with. And, there is no chance Premier League will tarnish its credibility by taking away the titles City has won over the years. If you ask me, they should be demoted so down the league, you could spot Erling Haaland playing in the park behind NHS building in East Ham against the 14 years old, while taking instructions in Bengali. Fucking cheats, ruining the images of the best league in the world.

In the other part of world, Mourinho is not able to discipline Vinicious Jr. I have zero confidence Mikel could have done better, because if anyone has bigger ego than Mikel, it’s Mou. I was excited for that Brazilian but looks like that was a good miss for us. It would have caused chaos in an otherwise gentlemen dressing room.

Mikel got his new 4 years contract. That was expected after the title win in 23 years. We can all stop whining now, he is not going anywhere and he has a trophy to show. However, that doesn’t mean he will not get his fair share of criticism. He might have a Premier League trophy, but there’s Champions League left. And then we would go for the treble.

Right, that’s me done. Life’s been busy lately with work, kid, family, but I will keep trying my best. This place is open as always, and I am going to try to bring in some more people in comments section through X/Twitter and Reddit.

See you in the comments.

always nice to play a side that’s so poor in the final third…coming hoping not to concede too many is such a waste of time for all involved, most notably the fucking viewer…if we were an offensive juggernaut I might think differently, but come on…

  2. Kroenkephobe

Good performance today. They look better. The players all worked really fucking hard. If only we had a manager…level on points.

Chelsea to massacre Spurs now please.

It’s been awhile since I saw less of a sense of urgency from a side being down 2

As you pointed out earlier Everton have a big hole in the final third . aka someone or 2-3 who can score goals

I wouldn’t expect Arsenal to be given a lot of credit for today’s win but this is the type of game in recent years that we would drop points following on from a city defeat..
Everton had their moments in the game but our centre back pairing were superb again , just think how Arteta was slaughtered for the signing of Konsa who so far is the signing of the season, a very smart signing from a very smart manager.
Fleetwood then Liverpool away next weekend, a game I fancy us to get 3 points as we are beginning to look very solid all round , it will be interesting to see how Brighton get on at city this week..

lies, lies lies…not difficult to win against someone who saw winning as their 3rd option…we’ve rarely lost to anyone who’ve performed like that, it’s only when someone has grown a pair that we’ve found ourselves on the wrong side of a result…furthermore, Arteta wasn’t slaughtered for Konsa, it had far more to do with the fact that he continues to care far more about signing backliners than those up front…nice try though you fake news dipshit

….you just can’t stand the fact that Arteta’s Arsenal went to Bayern and at the very least matched them , no doubt you were hoping and expecting the team you support to get hammered like just about every other team that travels to Germany.

Name one Bayern player from their starting Xl who starts for this Arsenal other than Kane.

Bayern’s last 4 results at home read
    6-1
    7-0
    5-0
    5-1
    Say no more

Doesn’t mean shit without knowing who those matches were against.

Wicksy, so no names then, say no more.

    here’s the nuanced part:

August 26th v. Stuttgart—both Diaz and Musiala scored

Sept. 19th v. Bode/Glimt—Olise scored twice and Musiala scored too

    Sept. 18th v. Union Berlin—Musiala scored and Olise had a hat-trick

    Oct. 17th v. Leipzig—Olise scored and Diaz had a hat-trick

none of those players played against us, minus Diaz for 10 minutes

now there’s some facts for our resident fucktard!!!

Stuttgart and Union Berlin are also both in the bottom 4.

I think the commentator said Bayern had 7 first choice players missing mid week. A top club would be seriously fucked off to have not won there.

  15. Kroenkephobe

Modern Man Utd is a fucking joy to behold. Every year at least one – and often several – existential crises to deal with. Alle-fucking-leulhah!

    All that money
    All those cunts
    All that embarrassment

“I think the commentator said Bayern had 7 first choice players missing mid week“

12 months ago when Arsenal had Havertz, Saka, Jesus, Odegaard, white , calafiori and Timber out for months at a time , you were of the opinion that having players unavailable was no big deal and yet we won the league and were unbeaten in Europe, now you are whinging about a German club having a few more injuries than us which is quite sad and pathetic really, the least you could be is consistent in your views.

White isn’t first choice, Calafiore is a sick note, Timber is a sick note, Jesus was a permanent sick note and Saka and Ode have become sick notes under the cunt.

    Havertz shouldn’t be first choice.

    Next?

So we are 5 points clear of Brighton, 6 clear of Liverpool and 7 clear of Chelsea, city are irrelevant as they will be at the bottom of the table come the new year..
There are going to be some desperate people on here praying for Liverpool to beat The Arsenal next week, if they don’t beat the us then we will be in a fantastic situation , in fact there is a possibility that by Christmas we could be 7/8 points clear at the top.
It is a little worrying how our dominance will affect the likes of Marc, Vera and Ufraud mentally, I’m not worried about KP as he will bask in the glory of Arsenal winning another title, Tom doesn’t quite understand the game and the other one who’s name I can’t remember only pipes up when we lose.
There is still time for Marc, Vera and Ufraud to take a good look at themselves, admit they got it wrong about Arteta and start to enjoy our success, the bitterness and pain will only eat you away from the inside if you don’t accept the inevitable that we are in for a period of domination for the foreseeable future, being bitter and twisted is not a good look I can assure you.
What a great time to support The Arsenal.

“Tom doesn’t quite understand the game ..”

That’s why I’m here reading your posts educating myself pal.
Although seeing you calling Bayern the favorites, having seen the line ups, I’m beginning to second guess my choice of the tutor.
