Leeds were superb in the first half. They kept us in check, they kept their positioning and we looked clueless for much of the game. My heart almost sank when they scored their first, we had dropped 3 points against Brighton before the international break and it looked like we will drop points again. But, the substitutions fixed it. Calafiori’s goal wasn’t very mesmerizing but Mikel sensed a win after that goal, brought in Gyokeres, Timber and Guimaraes and it paid off. Gyokeres was much better than Havertz in pressing and creating some unrest in the Leeds half, Timber is certainly better than White and Guimaraes scored a beautiful goal to put us forward. Bukayo Saka did miss a 1v1 against the Leeds goalkeeper in the last few seconds of the game but hey, we walked out with 3 points.
In out title winning last season, there were 5 games where we finished the game with at least one point after trailing. There were 3 draws and 2 wins. This season, we have already done this twice (against Chelsea and Leeds) in 6 games and we have won both game ultimately. That’s a sign of confidence, that’s also a sign of a good bench because when you need players who can make changes, you look towards your bench and they deliver. Bruno G has been a great addition as well. This is brilliant because going down 1-0 in the 15th minute doesn’t mean the game is over for us anymore.
Coming back the progress so far, we are sitting on 2nd place with 15 points behind City. We wanted those YNWA cunts to win a game for once, and they fucked it.

We are just 6 games into the season, there’s not much to deduce from this as of now. We would need few more games to comment and go berserk.
Champions League hasn’t picked up the pace yet. We have won the only game we played so far, there’s 2 more games this month and one of them is against Bayern. It would be exciting few days. We have a 4th round Carabao Cup match against Fleetwood later in the month. There’s a long way to go before we would have the trophy in sight.
I missed talking about the 115 charges of Man City. They have been found guilty of all the charges, but I don’t think Premier League has the guts to punish them. You and I both know a 100m GBP fine will be a slap on the wrist and a transfer ban is something that they can live with. And, there is no chance Premier League will tarnish its credibility by taking away the titles City has won over the years. If you ask me, they should be demoted so down the league, you could spot Erling Haaland playing in the park behind NHS building in East Ham against the 14 years old, while taking instructions in Bengali. Fucking cheats, ruining the images of the best league in the world.
In the other part of world, Mourinho is not able to discipline Vinicious Jr. I have zero confidence Mikel could have done better, because if anyone has bigger ego than Mikel, it’s Mou. I was excited for that Brazilian but looks like that was a good miss for us. It would have caused chaos in an otherwise gentlemen dressing room.
Mikel got his new 4 years contract. That was expected after the title win in 23 years. We can all stop whining now, he is not going anywhere and he has a trophy to show. However, that doesn’t mean he will not get his fair share of criticism. He might have a Premier League trophy, but there’s Champions League left. And then we would go for the treble.
Right, that’s me done. Life’s been busy lately with work, kid, family, but I will keep trying my best. This place is open as always, and I am going to try to bring in some more people in comments section through X/Twitter and Reddit.
See you in the comments.

There was a reason why in pre season I was advocating the signing of strikers like Alvarez, Mbappe or kroupie, the simple reason is because Gyokeres and Havertz are not good enough , in fact I would prefer to see Merino up top as he is better finisher , has better movement in the box and is technically far superior.
Havertz is rightfully getting slaughtered for his performance v Fleetwood but if we are being honest Gyokeres was clueless yet again, yes he scored a very flukey goal but his general play was non existent , he has no idea how to find space in the box as he is always grappling with the defender , at least Havertz has the ability to lose his defender in the box though his finishing is generally woeful as he has bad heading and volleying technique when the ball is played into the box.
Taking all that into account one would think that we would be languishing in mid table and struggling in Europe, in fact the opposite is true so the credit must go to the manager for somehow putting us joint top of the league despite no credible striker, losing to Fleetwood is of no consequence as the league cup becomes more of a hindrance in the latter stages due to fixture congestion especially now that the champions league has been extended into January.
Unfortunately what we have with the Dowman incident is that he was too honest when the defender obviously tried to cause damage.
There is a reason why the likes of Havertz, merino and Saka go down instead of reacting like Dowman did.
The ref sending Dowman off only encourages diving and faking injuries, if Dowman had made a meal of the challenge, meaning rolling over a few times in mock agony holding his leg with pain etched all over his face I can guarantee you that the defender would have at the very least received a yellow and possibly a red, but due to Dowman’s honesty (some would say naivety) he was the one punished and so in effect the ref was punishing honesty and rewarding thuggery which for me highlights the problem we have in the game as fans dislike diving and faking injury but the rules encourage cheating and punish honesty, so don’t be surprised to see Dowman buying a few fouls from here on in as he has probably learnt already that trying to play the game honestly will gain you very little except a red card or a career threatening injury.

Advocating to sign players who don’t want to play for us is as stupid as Arteta spending the whole summer chasing them.
When a player says thanks but no thanks – move on.
When a player says I wouldn’t play for you if you were the only team on earth you cunt – its not a signal to keep chasing them.
Kai Havertz – 1
Maybe this is harsh but Havertz was woeful tonight. Missed a handful of big chances that he really should be scoring, looked totally unbothered throughout and ultimately was one of the key factors on why Arsenal failed to win.
Viktor Gyökeres – 6
Tried his best and worked hard. His hold up play was solid and he was always keen on making things happen. He equalised early in the second half which eventually took the game to spot kicks. He should feel very disappointed if he doesn’t start at Anfield.
stick a sock in it fuckwad
Breaking News.
A well-respected lip reader has revealed what cunty balls said to young Dowman as he walked off the pitch…
‘You are too hot-headed and emotional…I’m therefore sending you to stay at your Uncle Wicksy’s log cabin in Romney Marsh for a month where he’ll regale you with round-the-clock stories about how brilliant I am while he gently runs his fingers through your hair. I expect you to come back bored as fuck, completely brainwashed about my supremacy as the King of Arsenal and absolutely phobic about being near oiled-up elderly men in man-kinis.
That’s solved that then.
KP
Anyone who has those kinds of thoughts is very suspect, it says a lot about you.
So Dowman’s red card hasn’t been overturned which is hardly surprising,
Unfortunately , due to this decision it will mean that to succeed in the premier league Dowman will have to find a way to protect himself from these kinds of tackles , meaning buying free kicks , exaggerating the contact and trying to get the defender a yellow or red card, being honest and brave has resulted in a 3 match ban.
So the next time we see the likes of Saka, merino or Havertz buying free kicks I don’t expect to hear the usual suspects on here whinging about going down too easily as that is the only way to protect yourself as this weeks events have proved that the officials certainly won’t protect them.
If Dowmans parents have any fucking sense, they should be looking to get him as far away from this cunt in charge and as fucking quickly as possible.
He will never be able to play his natural game and fulfil his undoubted potential with this cunt screaming utter bollocks at him all fucking game, every fucking game.
Get to Spain or Saudi , take the fuckin money and sunshine as well, thats would I would tell my lads, if they could play like him.

“Gyokeres Tried his best and worked hard. His hold up play was solid and he was always keen on making things happen”
Havertz and Gyokeres were as bad as each other , Havertz was woeful in front of goal and Gyokeres was his usual clueless self, his hold up play was non existent.
With the ban on Dowman and injuries to Tzolis, Saka, madueke and possibly Merino it looks like the front 3 will have to be Eze , Gyokeres and Havertz with Odegaard behind.
Hopefully the injuries to merino and Madueke are not too serious.
those ratings/reviews were generated by an unbias entity that does so for each and every match…now I might of agreed with most of what was said by the journo in question, but much more importantly I felt that you needed to be exposed to something much closer to the truth…the bought and paid for pro-Arteta hacks gave Havertz a 7.5…let that sink in my little felching fucktard
as for your insane level commentary relating to the trials and tribulations of our “brave and honest” lad, how quickly you forget that we’re the biggest play-acting fucks this League has encountered in quite some time…between the screaming banshee Merino, the wafer thin flopping mint Havertz and the Brazillan tragedian Gabs, we’re a fucking embarassment of riches at times…so whereas you might want to use this particular incident to justify future behaviour, it certainly won’t explain what the fuck has been going on here in that regards for the better part of two seasons…I refuse to believe that even an obtuse fuck like yourself actually buys what you’re trying to sell…nice try you broken record trolltard
Even by your perennially low standards, that was a fucking hopeless riposte. E minus. You don’t do badinage nor humour and what you do produce is a word salad of utter bollocks you’ve conflated from tabloids and other bent media sources including http://www.mikelhasagiganticcock.com.
It’s only October and it seems as if you already need a winter break in that log cabin of yours.
Art – good point. That episode will stick with Dowman for years. Self consciousness and teenage embarrassment will give way to anger before too long. Stuivenberg should have a word with MD and explain that Tetsy is a cunt, and in turn tell the manager to apologise and clear the air. Will that happen? Will it fuck!
Vieira
Felching fucktard…I’ll happily pay for the straws!
KP—I very much doubt Pricksy would engage in such activities for fear that he might harm his gerbil tenant, who has undoubtedly broken free from the bag by now…now that’s some problematic Internal Affairs
Manchester = cunts’ corner. 2 clubs in crisis.
Arteta, it should be said, did not use the word “dossier”; rather it was swiftly applied to what he had called “a massive storage of images”. During Arsenal’s 2-0 win against Everton last Saturday, he received his second booking of the season for leaving his technical area. This, it turns out, is another part of the vast conspiracy against Arsenal. Yes, Arteta accepted, he left his technical area (44 times before being booked, according to the former referee Graham Scott), but other managers do it too. “There are managers who have the record in the league, 36 times in 10 minutes [they] leave the touchline – no yellows,” he said. “I am clipping all of that … so if somebody comes to me I can say: ‘I am not in the record yet.’ Somebody else has the record so let’s see. Then it’s 36 yellow cards in 10 minutes for the managers.”
More evidence – were it needed – of his utter Cantonese and his evident unsuitability to be an Arsenal manager. No poise; no maturity; no charm, and completely self absorbed to the extent of being unhinged. A fucking horrible shit bag of a man
Just as I thought back in mid September, Brighton are showing that they have enough to be a main challenger for the title. Yes they lost to Liverpool last week but were a little unfortunate not to come away with something.
City losing again is irrelevant so the game today v Liverpool is a game that has relevance in that a win will put us in a fantastic position 9 points clear of Liverpool , I’d take a draw now as I’d rather keep Liverpool at arms length , a win for Liverpool would certainly be good for the league as there is a danger that The Arsenal will be in an unassailable position by the turn of the new year what with city have points deducted..
Anfield is a ground we rarely come away with anything, Liverpool offensively are starting to click, isak is a player who has previously caused us problems and is hitting peak form , Arsenal offensively are struggling but the hope is that Arteta sets us up to play on the front foot as there is no reason why we can’t put in a performance similar to Bayern Munich away when we did take the game to the Germans.
If the result goes against us there should be no complaints about the players we have out..it was embarrassing the narrative regarding Bayern dropping points to us recently and citing injuries as the reason for their failure to beat Arsenal.
Wicksy
Brighton are doing a fantastic job, playing great football and are certainly putting themselves in contention for a CL place.
They will not sustain a challenge for the title.
The City situation is fucked up – the PL can’t let it run to the end of the season no one wants a potential PL winner with an asterisk next to the name of the champions and City are going to fight this at every turn attempting to overturn / postpone a decision. I’m at the point where I really don’t know which way that will go.
Outside of us and City Liverpool will be the other main contender with Chelsea and Brighton fighting it out for 4th and 5th prior to any points deduction.
So…the stage is set.
Big away game. Chance to go clear at the top and dent Liverpool’s chances of hanging around. I’ll be amazed if the little fucker has prepared and motivated the players to go out for a win. This is a game where, unlike Leeds and Forest, we’ll be playing a team intent on winning and who will therefore give us room to play in the process.
Our front 4 looks 2nd choice compared to Liverpool’s and we’ve only got one player missing.
the big question becomes just how fucking shitty does Havertz have to be to not get the starting nod?!?
TRVL
I honestly think Arteta only bought Gyokeres because he was under pressure to buy a striker, didn’t want one so bought someone who he could keep out of the team for the golden boy.
