To be honest, the only reason I created this blog was to remind everyone that LONDON IS RED. The best of the lot is fighting for the league title, while the other one is trying to overtake Aston Villa for a 4th place finish to qualify for Champions League. Do you remember the first 10 games? Ange was the next big thing in the world, Spurs were competing for the title and some of the pundits (trust me, I will do a better job) were claiming that City reign has come to an end. Nothing like that has happened, mate.
Liverpool dropped points again and Salah couldn’t hold his anger towards Klopp. Statistically, they are still in contention but realistically, they are out. It’s either Man City or Arsenal. We are sitting a point ahead of City having played an extra game. They are a winning team, and they have easy run of games. No one will be surprised if they go on and win all their games in hand and ultimately the title. However, the least we can do is, keep them on their toes, a win today will give us a 4 point lead, and they won’t be able to afford any slip ups. We are better in goal difference as well.
But for that to happen, we must beat Tottenham today. Will it be tough? No – if we don’t go out to shoot ourselves in the foot. We are far superior than those c*nts.
Team News
We have a fit squad except Timber. Jurrien played an U21 game but he still need some time to make into the match day squad. Thomas Partey is back, and is in form.
When we signed Declan Rice from West Ham, everyone expected a midfield of Odegaard, Partey and Rice where Thomas takes the defensive role, and Rice plays in an advanced position. However, Mikel did a Mikel and started Partey at RB at the beginning of this season, who then got injured. Jorginho played that role in few games, Rice played the defensive role while Havertz supported him otherwise. Against Chelsea, we saw what we expected and we won 5-0 (which could have been much worse for the blues). I am hoping we get to see that midfield again.
Defensively, we are set. Saliba and Gabriel with White as RB and Tomiyasu/Kiwior as LB. I would love to see Martinelli starting today, Saka is going to start and I would prefer Havertz over Jesus in the CF role.
We all have forgotten about Ramsdale.
Game plan
I am not the manager. I don’t have any game plans except for no-fuck ups, and scoring 5 goals at minimum. And yes, don’t forget the clean sheet.
Here’s the thing, Ange likes possession and he likes to press. Our defence is press resistance and with Partey’s addition, we get that extra threat where he just comes up with a perfect balanced pass that no one would have thought of. The key would be to score an early goal, get tight defensively and hit them on the counter like we were doing against Aston Villa in the first half.
There will be some moments in the game where we will not receive the ball. Spurs have the 2nd best possession percentage after City, and in those moments, it’s very crucial that we maintain our defensive structure and not let them break it.
One very positive thing about today’s NLD is that we don’t get to see Harry Kane. He has been a c*nt against us.
Wrapping Up
Make sure to order an extra pint today, because we are winning and that means we get to celebrate the St. Totteringham Day.
I am hoping for a good game today, and a win keeps us in the title race. City will drop points if the gods are not happy with those 115 charges.
Right, see you during the game. Don’t forget to share your starting XI and predictions in the comment section.
We’ve let the game slip away and paid the price. We might have forgotten it was a derby, they didn’t.
Raya redeeming himself on those crosses.
Havertz take the foul. He does that well too.
Won it
F the spuds
Story of El B one good side and one not. It’s why we are not winning the league.
Arteta love in for Raya. Priceless
Emotions aside, I will take that win any day… 3 very important points, winning at Shite Hart Lane… Job done.
Up the Arse.
Hoopah,
Indeed, fuck the spuds..
Thankful for the win but still too many flaws in El B.
Bastard. Fuck. Cunt. Shit. Arsehole.
Sorry I just needed to get those out. I’ll write something cleaner and more sensible when my arse stops squeaking
Great derby.
And Happy St Totts!!
Looks good the whole team greeting the Away Fans.
Rice is a proper captain material
All eyes on City.
Right, lets get go back to the celebrations.. Fuck those mediocre cunts.

Nothing is censored today.. 😀
Still not calm. That one really got at me. Call me an old twat but I’ve got ’89 type vibes.
A derby for the ages.
Don’t give up hope Tony. 3 games to go.
Tets isn’t perfect but generally gets it right.
Think Ange played into our hands a little with the starting line up.
Don’t worry about me but I’ve actually had a physical reaction to that win. A bit like drinking a pint if strong espresso. Sitting here shivering and juddering like an idiot.
NORG
Watch the highlights ASAP.
Can the burghers of sherwood forest rob from the rich and give to the slightly less rich?
German donkey won the Derby!
“Nothing is censored today”
You been on the king cobra shots again? lol
“Tets isn’t perfect but generally gets it right”.
My point exactly, but ‘generally’ doesn’t win you titles, it generally gets you in the vicinity to hope others drop points. In the final analysis where we dropped points where we let teams back in when we shouldn’t it will be repetitive mistakes by El B that cost us. The ‘generally’ margin.
We never give up until it’s mathematically impossible, but I want a manager who can get rid of ‘generally’ and get it right more times than any other PL team.
3 implosions in 3 seasons, all around April is not the sign of a PL winning manager.
I really like what Andoni Iraola Sagarna is doing with B’mouth, so next weeks game for me will be an interesting look into a manager who has been getting good results and breaking club records for the right reasons.
My eyes rarely deceive me and I have have been 100% right about El B for almost 5 years. The facts speak for themselves: zero PL or CL trophies unless we get a miracle from City.
Reality rocks my world; it’s where I prefer to dwell at my age.
Been going easy on the Spuds. We still need a favour off them.
But fuck them, fuck their CL pretensions, fuck their small club mentality. Their season highlight is us not winning the league.
Speaking about Spuds I detest Walker. A 24 carat Cnut for me.
Come on Forest……,👀👀👀👀
Forest with their two stars. Still insane to think about it. Up there with the best.
Judging the displays I don’t see City dropping points other than from wishful thinking.
Aitcho
I’m assuming you’ve seen that film, ‘I believe in miracles’ about Forest in the late 70s. Fascinating considering they were in the second division, came up, won’t the title, and then 2 European Cups.
Forest working hard and carrying some threat. 27 minutes gone.
City 1:0 up.
Hi Tony
What a game this afternoon eh? Still trying to work it all out. Like you said, our quality seriously deteriorates in second halves sometimes. But they all dug in. Not sure if was on the bench, but Jorginho would have helped repel spuds in the closing minutes. Put the spurs renaissance solely down to Nostrildamus. The ball he was attempting to play (a chip over their forward to Partey) would be fucking mad in a pre season friendly, let alone an NLD.
Forest giving it a go at least. There might be a twist…
I was out until the wee hours so I was about 40 minutes late in starting the match…what a strange but enjoyable watch…Ange got his selections all wrong, considering his high line/high press tactics…they were at their best this season when they had Sarr and Bissouma starting, plus he should have started Johnson over Werner…our best friends today were (1) Kulusevski and Maddison, as they were piss-poor with the ball at their respective feet, (2) our post, once again, and (3) the officiating, as there were several plays we’ve seen get called in the past that weren’t today…good news for us though, as it means we’re being considered as “serious” contenders and that classification tends to get you those 50/50 coin toss calls
really surprised that Ange went all in with those particular tactics knowing full-well that a midfield of Bentancur and Hojbjerg would leave ample space to counter…that said, it almost worked if it weren’t for an own goal, a missed opportunity by Romero off a corner, the fact that the very pedestrian Ben Davies appeared determined to give Saka his preferred foot and a no call on White during the corner that led to our 3rd goal…whenever we have 2 shots on target but 3 goals, it’s likely going to be a positive result
this was by far Havertz’s best performance as he actually looked lively and even confident at times, so much so that he had both a header goal and launched a very effective long ball to Saka, which led to our 2nd tally…he’s still offside far too often, especially for someone with middling pace, who doesn’t generally attack directly, and he’s got to cool his jets on the whole flopping about gig…regardless of the usual suspects giving him mad props for simply doing his job, he can’t be leading our line moving forward
we look a far better side with Partey on the pitch, especially if Rice is determined to be our 2nd Striker…still not a fan of this plan, except against specific sides deploying bus parking tactics or when we’re chasing a scoreline…likewise I can only hope that Marts doesn’t end the season still in MA’s doghouse, as that could lead to some issues come the offseason, considering there’s already some chatter about his future here…finally, it was good to see Raya, who’s arrogance left us exposed again, recover from his blushes and show a commanding presence in the box when the Spuds were lobbing in crosses on the regular in the final 15 minutes
glorious to get all 3, especially against our crosstown sort of rivals…this will continue to put ample pressure on a City side who’s not nearly the same side, consistency-wise, as in year’s past, so they could quite easily stumble
